Santa’s Smiles is a holiday program created by Montana Center for Implants and Dentures to help individuals who need implant or denture care. Up to 50 people will be selected to receive support through personalized treatment plans, flexible financing options, and compassionate guidance.
Who can apply or be nominated?
Anyone who needs implant or denture treatment and has a story to share is welcome to apply. You may submit for yourself or nominate someone else.
How do I submit a nomination?
You can submit a written letter or upload a video using the form on this page. Simply share why you or your nominee deserves support through the Santa’s Smiles campaign.
What should be included in the letter or video?
Your story matters most. You can share:

Video submissions do not need to be professionally produced—simple phone recordings are perfectly fine.
Do I need to live in Billings to apply?
No. You may apply from anywhere, but all treatment will take place at Montana Center for Implants and Dentures in Billings, MT. Selected participants are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses.
Do selected individuals receive free treatment?
Each situation is unique. Recipients will receive a personalized treatment plan and support toward their dental care, which may include flexible financing options. The goal is to make treatment achievable for as many people as possible.
When will winners be notified?
Selected participants will be contacted directly by our team after submissions close. We encourage applicants to check their email and phone regularly.
Will multiple submissions help my chances?
No. Only one submission per person is necessary, and submitting more than once will not increase your chances of being selected.
